Key Skills - These are general skills that are needed for success in training, work and life in general: Key skills include: communication, application of number, information technology, working with others, improving own learning and performance and problem solving. These can be studied at levels 1 to 4, a unit in personal skills development can also be studied at level 5. Key skills/basic skills also include adult literacy and numeracy which can be studied at entry level and level 1 and 2.
