Questions

• 1 We are a small company working in the graphite bonding with composites – none of our local colleges seem to do any courses that are relevant. Am I looking in the wrong place ?
• 2 We have two apprentices that will complete this year. They are a great asset to the company and very talented. I’d like to see them progress further but don’t want to lose them for three years while they go off and do a degree. Is there any way of helping them study at a higher level and keeping them working in the company ? And what will it cost me ?
• 3 I’m confused by all this talk about levels – what does it mean ? You knew where you were with school certs and ONCs. Why did it all have to change?
